Woptober II is Gucci Mane’s fifteenth album and his second full-length project of 2019, following June’s Delusions of Grandeur. It is also the sequel to his October 2016 mixtape, WOPTOBER.

On September 13, 2019, Gucci Mane released the album’s first single, “Richer Than Errybody.”

On September 30, Gucci announced the album, along with unveiling its artwork and release date. A day later, it was revealed that the artwork was taken from Gucci Mane’s first official collaboration with the brand he’s named after.

On October 4, Gucci dropped the album’s second single, “Big Booty.” He followed this a week later with “Tootsies.”

The artwork for Woptober II is an image taken from Gucci Mane’s first official collaboration with Gucci, the brand that inspired his moniker. A day after announcing the album, Wizzop and Gucci announced their partnership for the Gucci Cruise 20 Collection through several posts on Instagram.
